a.   Appoinment of judges is the prerogative of the organising committee and their decision is final.

b.  The evaluation is based on:

i.   Usefulness, creativity and innovation

ii.  Impact to the community and country

iii. Rationale of the idea

iv. Market potential of the idea

v.  Dissemination of information

c.  The judges have the right to reject the participation which does not meet the above requirements.
